For First-time patients
We recommend a minimum 60 minute appointment for a full comprehensive assessment and treatment. Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out our patient intake form. Alternatively, you can click the links (see buttons below, to the left) to print and fill out your form at home and bring it with you to your appointment:

24 hours is required for all cancellations or rebooking of appointments. Otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Acupuncture and Massage Therapy are covered under most extended medical plans. Most therapists accept direct payment from certain insurance companies. Please inquire from your therapist.
MSP covers $23 for 10 treatments of Acupuncture or Massage Therapy for people on premium assistance. Your therapist will submit a claim for you and you should receive a reimbursement within 4-6 weeks.
